The brief was to create awareness to an audience of designers about the Fedrigoni paper company and it’s new studio space that has just become available in London. The end result consisted of 3 elements: A invitation, yearly calendar and a book on the history of the Fedrigoni company, this would then be posted out to a list of exclusive clients. I wanted to represent Fedrigoni and their ethics through the processes I chose. Each book was cut manually and stitched and bound by hand. The paper stock on the outside was chosen to represent the nature of tree bark and the contents (history and calendar) to represent the life of not only the company but the tree itself.
